The media could not be loaded. It is a cool dinosaur and my son loved it however the first time trying to play with it was difficult. There are no instructions which I get. You would think placing batteries in and switching it to “on” would be all you need to do.. It is not that simple. We were all trying to figure it out. Batteries were in correctly. Moved switch to on and nothing happened when we pressed the buttons. We think you may need to sync the controller with the dino by pressing a button on the neck of the dino and pointing the controller at the clear bulb on top of the dinos head. Eventually placing name brand batteries in it and placing it on “try me” then changing it to “on” made it work, not just placing it to “on” immediately. Now it works great every time. The steam is also pretty cool. The little bottle it comes with does not open. You have to squeeze it under water and let it suck the water up. Easy to transfer the water into the top of the dino. Steam might take a few minutes to work the first time, but after that it works immediately every time. Water will collect in his mouth so make sure to clean it out after each use.

So, you’ll think it doesn’t work! Takes 4 batteries inside Dino and 3 in controller. It appear as if you only need two inside dino, but pull the red tab and you’ll remove the battery pack! NOTE! You must put it in the same way with positive and negative inline with the terminals inside the dino. (the pack not the individual batteries) i had to fidget with it a bit but it works if you pay attention to what you’re doing. No need to pair controller.. Don’t put too much water in, 2ML would do.. Or a teaspoon for those less familiar with measurements. Hope this makes it easier.. Sound will drive you crazy but it makes kids smile so wth!

The dinosaur hold four batteries. You have to remove the battery holder to add the other two batteries. My Godson love his Christmas gift
