These are just as they look in the picture. The gold is metallic/shiny, the white is white. Fabric is thick enough for durability and lack of show-through. The drawstring ribbon tie was sewn well. For the gift-wrapping impaired, they’re a great option. Cloth bags are a real step up from fabric gift bags.

These bags were more durable than I was expecting, but they are on the smaller side, but my fault for not reading the dimensions. But I will be able to reuse these for Christmas next year. Also some of the bags were a little sheer but I mostly used it for clothing items.

I love the fabric gift bags by this brand. I’ve bought the red and black in the past and decided to try the gold for some variety. Although the price was good and the bags seem well made, the shiny gold isn’t my favorite in person.I checked the sizes against other bags from this brand, and the large bags were a bit smaller. My (approximate) measurements of the bags:-Large: 18 3/8″ x 15 1/2″-Medium: 15 1/4″ x 11 1/4″-Small: 9 3/8″ x 7 1/2″The slight size discrepancies don’t really bother me–I think they will still be very useful. I am a little concerned about the durability of the gold color. The gold is applied on top of the fabric and my hands are very faintly sparkly after handling the bags. Not as bad as, say, a glittery greeting card, but makes me think the coloring may wear off over time. We will see!

The fabric is not the high quality that the photos portray. It’s like the cheapest thinnest weave of cotton possible- they still managed to be pretty durable and not completely see through- I was pleasantly surprised. Good money for the cost

These golden gift bags are nice. Different sizes and designs with a handy drawstring type ribbon. Made of sturdy cloth and could be reused. More convenient than paper gift bags. Put the gift inside, close and tie bow…no tissue paper needed!
