We bought these for my son’s 3-year-old preschool class for Valentine’s Day. Typical valentines are pointless when the kids can’t read, and candy is discouraged due to allergies in the class. These were perfect! It came with a tag to write names on and strings to attach to each heart. The kids had a great time racing the little cars inside!
