These lights-up necklaces make great ornaments for office, holiday-themed parties, seasonal events, Mardi Gras, jolly goody bags, or even fun novelty gifts. The lights are bright and colorful and will make you stand out at any event!
The LED light up Christmas bulb necklace has 3 different modes: fast flashing, slow flashing, and steady on. Each necklace has 2 rows of 9 individual bulbs that are spaced evenly apart so they don’t touch each other. The bulb Christmas accessories are made from PET material which is non-toxic and eco-friendly. It meets US toy safety standard ASTM F963-08(2009). This means that the product is not harmful to children under 8 years old. The battery pack comes with an ON/OFF switch so it can be turned off when not in use or if it gets too hot while wearing it around your neck. The battery pack also has a status indicator light that shows you how much power is left in the batteries so you know when they need to be replaced (green means they’re full; red means they’re almost dead).

I ordered three dozen of these for everyone to wear in the Christmas Parade. They were great! The kids especially loved them. Since, I have seen several of the kids wearing them around just for fun. I shopped around for the best deal for the quantity I was purchasing; this was the best price. I hope to find them again next year.

We used these for a light parade we participated in. All but one worked upon opening. They gave a few settings of flashing or staying steady on. We had them lit for probably 2 hours and they stayed working through the whole parade.
