    Flashing eyes were not set in skull. Had to open back of skull to set eyes in holes. Everything else works. Funny sayings when activated 🙂

    Just a decoration, no animation/motion detection

    – No instructions came with this- there’s a button in the back to make it make sounds but you have to press it- no motion detection and it never made a sound as kids coming for halloween- served as a decoration, but not what it actually was described as… unless there’s a trick to making it sense motion, which should be in the instructions that I did not get

    Had to replace batteries within 2 weeks of purchase

    I hung the item by the front door and the wind or any vibration will cause the item to same and make noise.

    Not completely set up

    The red glowing eyes were not inside the eye sockets so I had to cut open the back of the head to superglue the eyes into the sockets.
