    didn’t last long

    After a few hours of my 5 year old taking a couple bracelets on and off, the wrap came off the metal, on which he then accidentally cut himself. I was planning on giving them out on Halloween but I decided it wasn’t worth the risk and tossed them. If it was older kids I wouldn’t be concerned but that the metal could cause a slice in the skin was too much of a liability to me with small children.

    Cute idea for kids but falls apart

    I bought these slap bracelets as a prize for my young athletes for a competition recently and I thought they were perfect since it’s Halloween soon. Unfortunately, a handful of my athletes have complained that their bracelets fell apart rather quickly and cut them. I will be throwing out the reminder that I have so I’m not handing out something potentially dangerous to young children.I know not all of the bracelets have fallen apart but my athletes’ safety is important to me and hearing that some of them have gotten hurt from something that I purchased for them is disheartening.
