Set of 2 with 8 filled bean bags. It was a bit tricky to fold back but looking at the directions, I was finally able to fold it back. I had ordered 8 additional bean bags from AMZN for this set but hadn’t realized those come empty and I had to fill them up myself. (I basically paid for squares of fabric) So I’m happy the included bean bags for this set are already filled. It’s also nice and compact with the carry case! I will be sure to make good use of this by the pool or on the beach!
