The media could not be loaded. The Joyin Advent Calendar Zoo Erasers are very cute! The box is sturdy, there’s cute animal pictures, and there’s a path on the inside cover leading to the zoo as a play area. You would need somewhere to lean the zoo area against as this is where the erasers are kept so it’s heavy.Each day has 2 erasers in a package so this would be a good Advent Calendar for a house with 2 kids, like mine. I have one kid doing even days & the other doing odd, so they each have a chance to open something.The erasers are adorable! I’m thinking about keeping them for myself 😉. They come apart which may or may not be a good thing. The parts are somewhat interchangeable. The plugs to attach the heads to the body are on different parts. For example, the plug for the snowman and the panda are on the body, but the plug for the kitten is on her head (like a neck). I put the larger snowman’s head on the baby panda’s body in the picture. Also, each of the different colors on the characters are different parts. The whale has 3, the kitten and, I think the panda, have 5 (not sure about the panda because I don’t know where the head is), and the snowman has 15. It was fairly easy to put them back together, though if you don’t pay attention I could see a couple pieces getting lost very easily. It would have been nice if they gave the snowman a flat bottom so it could stand.As for the erasability, I didn’t really have high hopes because erasers in general suck nowadays. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well these worked! I tried the white from the snowman, the blue of the whale, and the black from the panda. They all worked Way better than the pencil eraser! (See picture)The main reason I took one star away is because it was only their 3rd day and there was already a duplicate package.Overall, I think this is a great buy and a great gift! Just be careful with the pieces if you have really young ones.

My kid enjoyed opening this a lot. She’s 9 years old. We displayed all the cute little eraser items for the Christmas season. The day Christmas was over I threw them away except for a handful of cute ones.It’s the kind of gift that brings you excitement for the moment but otherwise you’ll have no use for and you won’t really want to kick him around your house.

Make sure you understand there will be duplicates before you purchase. I didn’t read that part and have a very disappointed kid. He was hoping to get new animals each day.
