String Lights

Halloween is a fun holiday, but it can be a little stressful too. You have to make sure your kids have the best costumes and decorations, and you want to make sure the house looks great for trick-or-treaters. There are a lot of ways to decorate for Halloween, but one of the best is with string lights.

Use different colors in each room 

How to decorate string lights? You can do this by buying each color of light separately or by getting a multi colored light set. If you’re using a multi-colored set, choose one color for each room- like purple in the dining room and blue in the kitchen so the colors don’t clash when you look at them all together. But if you want to go for a more subtle effect, try using only one color per room. 

Try putting them outside 

If you have an outdoor space, string lights are a great way to set the mood for Halloween. String them across your porch or around trees in your yard. You can also use them indoors by hanging them up along your walls or ceiling.
